Success in life depends on sharing out of oneself and recognizing that we were all created in God's image. That we are a, body of many members fitly joined together, by which every joint supply and, that there must be a fitting of the joints if we are truly to succeed.  No one knows this better than Elder Susan Kee whose highly-esteemed seminars and workshops have trained a generation of women. Through the Real Women with Real Weight Series, the popular Blog Talk Show, “Me, God and A Cup of Coffee” that airs every Saturday morning at 8 a.m., that airs every Saturday morning at 8 a.m., since June, 2012, and the annual Real Women-Real Talk Roundtable, Susan shares her life experiences and triumphs and teaches women the importance of connecting with other women. She is a sought after effective communicator, teacher, speaker, conference host, event planner, flowerscaper and mortgage finance professional. As a motivational speaker and conference host she is known for revolutionizing how women and girls see themselves. Whether you are a stay at home mom, a busy professional, a recovering addict, or a victim of abuse, you will be able to relate to her experiences. As a professional in Mortgage financing for more than 29 years with a formal education in Business Management and Accounting from the National Business College of Roanoke, VA and Mortgage Bankers Association CRU Certification, she currently serves as a Senior Direct Endorsement Underwriter of the Federal Housing Administration for a National Bank. Her experiences have allowed her to both live and travel extensively training mortgage professionals, speaking and moderating motivational workshops, and working tradeshows.  Susan has a love for teaching and sharing with others. As a ministry leader of her local church in Frederick MD, and a devoted writer and psalmist, she touches lives with I.M.P.A.C.T. Irreversible Motivation Persuaded And Causing Triumph) reminding them that they are more than conquerors and that they are more alike than they are different. She is a contributing writer for Harvest Magazine and F.A.R.Magazine. A former contributing writer for 50+ Magazine and she is the author of the book “Me, God and A Cup of Coffee” a journal of random thoughts, songs, poems and conversations with God, named after her BlogTalk show. Her book is scheduled to be released October 2015.  When volunteering, she likes to teach Financial Literacy and Budget Building at Habitat for Humanity and the Urban League educating first time home buyers. She is an annual volunteer for Planting Hope of Frederick, Maryland and the Founder of the Meetup Group, Real Women-Real Talk Frederick and lastly perhaps most important of all, she is an Ordained Elder.
