Subundance Wellness is movement medicine. Through self-care techniques and an abundance mindset, we find health. Are you moving with an abundance of ease and grace?

Movement medicine techniques include the MELT Method, RTR (Relief Through Rolling), and more, and they provide an opportunity to experience greater body sense, alignment, and overall ease of movement. Whether you’re a dancer, an athlete looking to enhance performance, or someone looking to move and feel better, these easy self-care techniques support a healthy and active lifestyle.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to share the tools that have empowered me and so many others to become proactive about our wellness experience. I work and play with children, elders, and everyone in-between. My passions include fitness as feel-good-fun (dance!), the sacred art of self-discovery, connecting, collaboration, and large doses of play.

Join me at Seattle area studios, fitness clubs, or your venue. All gain, no pain. All fitness levels, shapes, ages, and very beginner-friendly.
