Steve Holliday, Lacerta Consulting Services Ltd

Steve is a Leadership Coach & Organisational Change Specialist, and joined Lacerta Consulting as a Co-Director in January 2016, after a 27-year career spanning Manufacturing (Pharma & Healthcare) and Power Generation (Wind, Power Stations, Manufacturing.

 

He's worked in many roles from shop floor to boardroom, working across Europe, in Operations, Safety & Health, and then as an internal Leadership Coach and Culture Change Specialist - at all levels of organisations, in different cultures and countries, developing cultures of ethical leadership, safety and service. These things are inherently connected - being based on the same deep care needed for each other as human beings (not human “doings”, resources or “contracts”). 

 

What he believes most when it comes to successful organisations, is that “relationships are everything”. The quality of how leaders and teams build relationships and have conversations, makes a real difference to patterns of behaviour that then influence business results. It’s his job to bring them together at all levels, to have powerful conversations, and help them shape the cultural patterns needed.

 

He holds an MSc in Organisational Change, gained in 2011 at Ashridge Business School.
