Stella Public House (or Stella) first opened in San Antonio’s Southtown neighborhood in 2013 and was named one of San Antonio Magazine's “Best New Restaurants”. Italian for 'star', Stella is known for its wood-fired, Napoletana-style pizza and entrées, house-made cheeses and award-winning shared plates such as Wild Mushroom Mac & Cheese and Lamb Meatballs. The foundation of Stella's pizza is a crust with a firm blistered edge and chewy interior baked in a Forno Bravo Modena oven using oak and pecan wood. Stella Public House's farm-to-pizza concept focuses on building community through food and strong partnerships with local growers, ranchers, and purveyors. In addition to a daily rotating tap list of local and national craft beers and an internationally-curated wine list, Stella’s specialty drink selections include seasonal beer cocktails such as the Brewjito, providing patrons a novel spin on the long-running beer-and-pizza tradition.

Austin's first Stella Public House location is now open daily 4pm-10pm in mixed-use urban village Mueller at 1905 Aldrich St.
