Starling Collaborative
Founded in 2007 by Annie O'Shaughnessy to bring the power of Circle work to people seeking connection and purpose, Starling Collaborative evolved when Annie teamed up with Lisa Bedinger to "refound" the work in 2021 by focussing its mission on supporting school change through a holistic approach to restorative practices. Today, Starling Collaborative is comprised of a passionate team that works in schools and organizations in Vermont and beyond to build communities of care, dignity, and accountability where ALL members can thrive.
Starling Collaborates with innovative thought partners, inservice educators, and other consultants to continually pivot around the emergent needs of schools and organizations.
Annie collaborates with Saint Michael's College as coordinator of the Holistic Restorative Education certificate program developed to support educators build the skills and dispositions needed to be an educator today.
