Stacey Bramley, MA, LPC, TIYT is owner/psychotherapist of Mindful Awakening Counseling & Wellness, LLC. Mindful Awakening Counseling & Wellness is a place for you to express yourself without judgement, develop relationship, aid communication, and stretch your mind. 

We will work together to overcome your identified reasons for seeking therapy. Challenges and struggles may include/not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, self-identity/existential issues, developmental trauma, relationships, body image, role of female, distorted self worth & self love, relationship with body, and unwanted patterns and/or thoughts. 

As a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist, a safe space is created for individuals struggling with anxiety and those who identify with trauma to practice yoga and use the teachings of yoga to assist in self-regulation and the ability to handle trauma response and/or triggering situations. 

Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy is an option for our work together. Please contact me with questions, needs, and/or requests. In most cases, therapy sessions are 50 minutes, once a week. Longer sessions are an option and can be arranged.  

I am a facilitator for the Overcome Anxiety Clinic offering clinics (Overcome Anxiety: A Natural & Holistic Approach) in Denver, CO. The clinic is a 4-part series offered over the course of 8 weeks. It is designed to help people overcome chronic anxiety.
