Since 1950 South Jersey Paper Products has been an excellent source for Food Service Disposables, Cleaning Equipment and Supplies, Equipment Service, Preventative Maintenance, Towels, Tissues, Hand Soap and Ice Cream Supplies. In 1986 we constructed a modern warehouse, showroom and office building and in less than 10 years the space was outgrown and an extensive addition built. Five years later in the spring of 2000 we completed another phase of our expansion, a state of the art distribution and office complex on a ten-acre site in the Vineland Industrial Park. Twelve years later in the spring of 2012 we needed more space and once again expanded our equipment service center and created Showroom 3.5. Our newest facility enables us to accommodate our tremendous growth on the janitorial side of the business along with expanded purchasing power and the ability to carry our customer service to a higher level.
Our location also includes a drive-in equipment repair center for all makes and models of floor care equipment. Being connected to our Showroom 3.5 we can fix your equipment and demonstrate how to properly run and maintain that piece on our multiple surface flooring. In conjunction with our fleet of service vehicles and road technicians we also perform on-site service and preventative maintenance programs. The ability to provide service for the equipment we sell offers a new dimension to our sales program.
In addition to our Showroom 3.5 we now have a separate training and sample facility to insure our sales staff is well informed with respect to new products and innovations within the industry.
Direct representatives from our major suppliers train our sales staff on a regular basis so we are always able to keep the customer well informed. Our Showroom 3.5 is also being utilized to conduct cleaning seminars for existing customers and interested prospects.
Our new customer service department has been upgraded with the latest technology to assist our staff in answering all questions and concerns. The department is dedicated to processing each order accurately and satisfying the customer’s delivery requirements. Although new technologies have advanced our team we have not lost sight of the importance of a human voice on the other end of the line. We personally answer all phone calls during working hours and only utilize voicemail for after-hours messages which we personally answer every morning.
The Showroom 3.5 located within our new complex offers our entire line of wholesale products to the general public. Our superstore offers huge savings on a wide assortment of merchandise in less than case quantities.
