Shine Yoga Leigh

I have been practising yoga for more than 13 years and have been able to practise and learn from a range of different yoga styles. On my journey I have learnt a few things.

Firstly I learned that not every body is the same. Not everybody will be able to do a split and that is fine. 

Secondly I learned that yoga can help you with releasing stress. Stress in the body and also in the mind. 

I have been working for more than 15 years in a high pressured, corporate environment. I worked 80 hour weeks. I have done the 3 hour daily commute. I have spent countless weekends with migraines, just to feel better by Monday to go back to my job. I have suffered from overwhelm and depression due to a bullying boss. 

These days I have a 2 year old to run around after, which can cause a totally different kind of stress. 

Yoga has helped me through all this.
