Sheneka White

Hello, my name is Sheneka White. I have been on my fitness journey for a year and 11 months. I started out with high blood pressure and weighing 220 lbs. I currently no longer take blood pressure medication and I weigh 167. I would like to inspire others, while being transparent about my journey. It wasn't easy but it is definitely possible. I started out slowly, just cutting back on fats and soda. Gradually I started working out at the gym 2-3 times a week. Now I work out 5-6 times a week and my nutrition is on point 80% of the time. I love to dance and experienced zumba from time to time. Now I would llike to offer dance fitness as an outlet to your fitness journey. It's fun and exciting, what better way to get in a great workout and high calorie burn. Please come be apart of one the dance fitness class. You will really enjoy it. Hope to see you there!!
