Sezra Gay, MA the "Facilitator of Change"

 Sezra Gay is the CEO of Empowerment Consultants & Associates, LLC.  She brings over 10 years of experience in Leadership, Counseling, Mentoring, and Outreach.  She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and Certified Coach, Trainer, Teacher, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team.  Sezra was raised in several high-risk communities.  Before age 21, she experienced homelessness twice and is acquainted with a lifestyle of “the haves and the have nots”.  She knows what it takes to overcome adversity.  

 She is insightful, candid, and strategic in her approach.  She will help build your confidence, strengthen your communication skill, and help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs.  She will assist you in creating strategic solutions to reach your personal and professional target goals.  You will learn effective ways to communicate, connect, lead and positively influence others on your team or within your organization.  I invite you to allow Sezra the opportunity to serve you as a your "Facilitator of Change".
