After 15 years working within the media & communications sector, across the UK, US and Australia, in 2012 Jason started research into the role of power in driving organisational effectiveness. As part of the world’s leading institute for social sciences – the London School of Economics – his research has quickly challenged the established view of power in organisational life and has significant implications on how to effect change within an organisation.
Jason is the co-founder of SenseEIA. He works closely with clients to identify and harness their social power through storytelling. To all his consultancy projects, he brings his rich commercial experience, combined with the sensitivity and insight needed to deal with delicate, often contentious situations. Jason has delivered projects for clients ranging from AstraZeneca to YouTube.
