Sarah Palmer

Sarah Palmer RYT is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor. Although first introduced to meditation in 1999 and to yoga in 2002, it was many years before Sarah found a consistent practice. After intermittent experimentation with a variety of yoga and meditation schools, she became deeply committed to the practice in 2012. Sarah holds a deep love of yoga and its transformational effects, and she enjoys blending a variety of yoga styles to create the perfect class and ultimate mind-body connection.
