Sara Mittersteiner

My name is Sara, I'm an Italian foodie and chef who started a vegan food business three years ago; I'm based in Queens Park and I've been hosting Supper Clubs, cookery lessons and catering since I started.

My cooking is proper Italian, 100% vegan and homemade, with a strong link to the Italian food tradition, but always open to new cuisines and influences.
I've been a baker and managed a vegan bakery for 3 years and I've been into bread baking and sourdough too for years now. I make everything from scratch, from my fresh pasta to my bread, my vegan cheese and my desserts.
