SALT of the Hearth

A beautifully rustic fireplace is the inspiration for the Salt of the Hearth menu which mirrors the warm and inviting centerpiece of this space. Chef Kevin Cahill brings his expertise from many successful restaurants in New York in creating the seasonal Country European menu, lush in locally-grown ingredients, in a way that is both exciting and yet comfortable for all.

Backed by sister company WineStyles, the Salt of the Hearth menus will be accented by an extensive list of wines to even further escalate the flavors of the seasons.
