Sahara MacDonald

Sahara teaches in the Flow Yoga style. Flow Yoga incorporates breath, Hatha postures, energy, meditation and the chakras into a style all its own. Beyond the muscle and flesh lives the internal system of organs, glands and energy, all is connected but not all is seen. Encouraging breath to take the lead informs internal messaging and keeps body oxygenated, circulation alive and movement authentic. We work from the inside out. When we practice we are connecting to the breath, we are moving energy and engaging with the higher self. Sahara did her YTT at Yoga Space and her advanced training in Flow Yoga with her personal teacher, Bibi Hahn. Additionally, Sahara is trained in Yoga Nidra meditation, Aromatherapy, Therapeutic/Restorative Yoga and the art of Thai Massage.
