Kim N. Le is the creator of RDR, originally an outlet for her to anonymously document her own experiences in residential treatment, but now considered a valuable psychologist-recommended resource reaching a vast audience all over the world. Through recovery from both an eating disorder and substance use disorder, she has emerged even stronger as a powerful mental health advocate. Kim hosts support programming, writes for eating disorder and addiction websites and partners with recovery and advocacy organizations. Kim presented at TEDxUtica spreading awareness and is currently writing an eBook about how to support those with eating disorders. She serves on the advisory board for the Massachusetts Mental Health Parity Project. Be on the lookout for a new Eating Disorders Anonymous meeting in the Boston area!
