Ruth Hawkins Yoga

Ruth started practising yoga over 10 years ago, initially enjoying moving and keeping fit. However, after having her two children she soon discovered the amazing benefits for body, mind and soul. She decided to share the joy it has bought to her life by taking a 200hr teacher training in power vinyasa with Dylan Ayaloo. Ruth’s classes focus on the breath to bring strength, flexibility and focus on and off the mat. She is passionate about reaching out into the community to empower others with the many benefits yoga brings.
