Roxanne Elliott Kemp, Dean of Online & General Education Programs

Roxanne Kemp is an accomplished administrator, educator and curriculum designer who has more than nine years’ experience as leader in the education field. Kemp received her B.S. (magna cum laude) and M.S. degrees from Tarleton State University and she is a Ph.D. candidate with Capella University. She has pioneered the use of learning management systems (LMS) in the planning, design, production, and management of virtual and on-ground educational programs, and she has extensive experience leading and training academic and project teams, academic leaders, curriculum developers, LMS administrators, instructional designers, teaching faculty, advisors, enrollment representatives, and sales teams. Currently, Roxanne is employed at Parker University where she oversees the university's online and general education programs.  Roxanne is also the program director for the university's new Computer Information Systems Bachelors Degree Program with concentrations in Information Technology, Cyber Security, and Healthcare Cyber Security.
