Over 40 years of practice – including 6 years as county-wide psychologist to public schools, K-12 … 17 years as Director of Florida's Institute for Rational-Emotive Therapy … and 11 years as a Domestic Violence Intervention Program provider – Moore has co-edited or contributed to six popular psychology books by Dr. Albert Ellis; authored chapters on applications of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and trauma resolution (TIR) in professional texts by Drs. Windy Dryden, Larry Hill and Janet Wolfe; and produced over 300 psychologically-topical public service programs and segments for local and national talk radio and television.

Dr. Moore is currently on multi-state tour, in his role as continuing education trainer to the psychological services, representing Peace4Tarpon and the Traumatic Incident Reduction Association's commitment to Trauma Informed Care and Trauma Specific Service. His four-hour, accredited, "Critical Issues in Trauma Resolution" seminar (from which his Adverse Childhood Experience and Child Care presentations are taken) has earned high praise, here and abroad, for plotting a direct path to the replacement of post-traumatic symptom management and coping skills with complete and permanent trauma resolution.
