As a successful trade show exhibitor himself for more than 2-decades, Richard solved the pervasive lead follow-up problem with a home-grown "process" solution that he now includes and teaches in his experiential on-line-learning sessions.

He has been referred to as the stand-up comedian in exhibitor education for his comical content and anecdotal comments relating to his personal trade show experience.

Richard has conducted more than 250 international seminars, workshops, and on-line sessions, and has been a featured speaker at the EXHIBITOR Show in Las Vegas for the past 18-years.
