Rehema Stephens is an accomplished author, college administrator, and mentor of young professionals in pursuit of their personal and professional best. She's passionate about opening doors and successfully guiding those who seek to expand upon their successes. As the principal of her own businesses, Rehema is responsible for developing the overall strategic development and operations and interfacing with both clients and partners. Beyond this work, she's also an ordained minister having accepted her calling as an evangelist more than ten years ago. 

As a youth, Rehema says she learned the significance of setting goals and announced to the world that she would one day play professional women’s basketball. After stellar performances in grade school, high school, and college, Rehema hit her target and played professional basketball in Australia and Greece, with the Richmond Rage of the American Basketball League (ABL), and the Sacramento Monarchs of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). Upon retiring from basketball, she coached and taught at the middle school and high school levels, respectively. Later, she earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix and discovered her passion for higher education.

After two years of operating as a successful real estate business, she returned to her passion and purpose: Post-secondary education. Stephens is a skilled educator, entertainer, and among the world's best, edutainers. She is industrious, creative, innovative and untiring in her pursuit of professional and personal excellence.

Rehema Stephens was born and raised in Oakland, CA. She is the second eldest of five children born to retired educators, Daniel and Pastor Doris Stephens. She is a 1987 Oakland Technical High School graduate, former high school All-American and a top college prospect. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and led the Lady Bruin basketball team in scoring from 1989 – 1992. Currently, she is completing her second Master's Degree in Educational Counseling. Rehema is a coffee aficionado and, 'a foodie'. When she's not working, she loves to travel, attend live sporting events, festivals and concerts. She makes her home in Vacaville, CA.
