Recchiuti Confections

We believe when you introduce people to truly exquisite chocolate and ingredients, they will be won over instantly. That's the Recchiuti philosophy that started in nearly 20 years ago, and one we still live by today. Michael Recchiuti, a self-trained chocolatier, and his wife Jacky founded Recchiuti Confections with the idea that meticulously crafting confections in small batches using European techniques would make Recchiuti Confections a necessary indulgence for consumers nationwide. And just like our start nearly 20 years ago, we still source local California farmers’ markets for bundles of fresh herbs like lavender and lemon verbena to create our signature infusions. Single-origin chocolates are blended together to create complex and  unique tasting experiences. And of course, we wouldn’t be Recchiuti without Michael’s signature Burnt Caramel. With two locations in San Francisco, Recchiuti is always experimenting with new ways to make the chocolate consuming-public happy, and obsessed.
