Not sure if you’re the serious part or the irreverent part? Well that’s fine, you may be a bit of both. 

PUBLIC BODY was established in 2012 by group fitness trainer Chad Flahive -  who loves fitness, good beer, sexy fitness communities and wearing short shorts - as the premier outdoor group fitness workout in Boston. PUBLIC BODY creates hot and awesome bodies in Boston with a perfect blend of euphoric fitness debauchery in uniquely special, one-of-a-kind fitness experience.



Working out and exercising is way more fun with a group, right? A sense of hot, healthy competition is always the best workout motivation to become a statuesque god or goddess. PUBLIC BODY is not your typical outdoor bootcamp. We don’t distract you with BS games. We simply work hard utilizing training methods that are proven, varied, tried and true. We kick ass at public parks and open spaces in Boston with ridiculously awesome fitness fanatics, athletes and loves of our community and group fitness instructors. We build muscle, get ripped, increase endurance, shred calories, drop F bombs, and achieve maximum hotness and awesomeness! After we work hard, we sometimes play hard by grabbing a brew or two with other PUBLIC BODY rockstars...Don’t worry, you will have earned it!
