Prelude Behavioral Services

At Prelude we are dedicated to the possibilities of change and committed to enhancing quality of life through accessible behavioral health services.

With facilities located in Central and Eastern Iowa, we touch more than 5000 individuals each year through addiction treatment and continuing care services.  Our prevention staff works with community coalitions and area school districts by providing expertise, trainings, and classroom participation. Through our Synchrony program, mental health counselors work with individuals, families and local employers.
