The mission of Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson (PPMH) is to provide quality health care, to educate individuals to make informed sexual and reproductive decisions, and to advocate for reproductive rights.

PPMH serves teens, women and men at 13 health centers in 12 upstate New York counties (Essex, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties).
