Cost per space (approximately 8’ wide X 5’ deep) is $45.00 (After November 1, 2016 the cost will be $55.00). Each space comes with two chairs and one 8’ x 30” table. You may bring your own table and deduct ($5.00) from the booth fee; table must fit in the space allotted.  Electric is $5.00 extra and spaces are limited. 200 spaces are available. Previous Pattonville crafters will have until March 1, 2016 to reserve the same space. After that date, spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. This event is sponsored by the Pattonville Band Boosters Association.

SETUP: FRIDAY, December 2, 2016 – 7: 00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.

Doors will open at exactly 7:00 p.m. and close precisely at 8:30 p.m. Due to prior commitments, only spaces in the Cafeteria & Multi-Purpose room will be available for Friday evening setup. Note: The Pattonville School District, Pattonville High School, and Pattonville Band Boosters Association are not responsible for any items left on the premises overnight.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2016 – 6:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.

Doors will open at exactly 6:30 a.m. All crafters must be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. As usual, band members and parent volunteers will be on hand to assist.
