Patricia Philippe

Starting in my early 30s, I was a caregiver for my Mom for more than 10 years . When my Mom passed away in 2014, I embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery that included healing from past trauma, management of chronic illnesses and undergoing a spiritual awakening that led to new insights and opportunities. I discovered that being healthy in mind, body and spirit meant that I needed to start my day with a morning practice that currently includes writing, prayer and meditation. I accepted that as an introvert and empath, I needed lots of quiet time alone to replenish, recharge and engage in self-care practices that work for me. My primary spiritual path is a combination of silence, stillness, contemplation and writing. In addition, I honor my Haitian heritage through ancestor reverence.

This personal journey ignited a passion for supporting women to find and shine their light in the world and learn how to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. I use all of me in service where needed, sharing my gifts and the insights gained from living courageously and aligned with Spirit.

My Training Includes:

  • Health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
  • Writing workshop facilitation through Amherst Writers and Artists
  • Ordination as an interspiritual-interfaith minister through the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary
  • Usui Reiki 2 certification through Vanessa Codorniu
