Pamela Cereno received her Kundalini certificate for teaching in 2007 at the Millis MA. Ashram. She has been practicing Kundalini for over nineteen years and has studied and practiced in California, Germany and India. While in India she lived in an ashram where she dedicated much or her time to a daily practice that changed her life. Today her practice includes yoga, breathwork, and a forty day meditation every day. The breathwork in kundalini for her has been the most helpful. In her experience, one to three minutes of breathwork can significantly shift her mood and uplift her spirit! In kundalini yoga there are thousands of meditations to choose from depending what your needs or wants are. It may be inner anger from childhood, depression or just experiencing self-love. Some of these meditations have transformed her and has given her grace and courage to face everyday challenges. She is extremely grateful for this beautiful practice and looks forward to sharing it with others.
