Pamela Anderson is employed by the City of Pekin with the role of Community Development Director. For the past thirteen years she has the responsibility for the creation and implementation of a variety of effective programs and initiatives on topics related to homeless, housing, human rights/social justice, economic class, strategic planning and leadership issues designed to advance the overall health and viability of the City of Pekin by participation with local, regional and state wide agencies.
Currently engaged in a purposeful effort to enlist the community to collaboratively work to shape and guide the development and economic prosperity of our community by making full use of local and external resources with the presentation and implementation of the Bridges out of Poverty constructs. In November 2014, she was certified as a Lifetime Trainer with Aha! Process and has continued to research additional books and literature on this subject.
