Pacific Associates

The goals of Pacific Associates are to:

1) Help employers connect with qualified applicants who will become valuable members of their workforce.

2) Help job seekers find meaningful work.

3) Help unemployed and employed individuals enhance their career options and earning potential through further training.

Pacific Associates provides unemployed, under-employed, employed job seekers with career development services for job search, career counseling, job placement, employer connections, skill development, and access to job training funds. Much of our work comes from our strong partnership with WorkSource, for which we provide these services to customers of the WorkSource Seattle-King County one-stop employment & training system.

Our career counselors and employment specialists also provide our career development services to non-WorkSource customers through a variety of publicly and privately funded workforce development programs and outplacement contracts.

Pacific Associates also employs a team of HR professionals focused on providing services to employers around recruiting and matching candidates from our very large inventory of WorkSource and non-WorkSource customers. Our talent recruiting services range from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for employers' targeted job reqs to the development of customized recruiting campaigns & events for specific industries and populations, including IT, Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Clean & Green, Diversity, and Vets. We can also offer On-the-Job Training (OJT) funds to certain employers for hiring and training eligible candidates.
