Program Development Roles and Responsibilities - Project, program and portfolio management utilizing ISO-12500 and PMI standards.  Responsible for IT business development and project management for clients from various industries including education, philanthropy, health and fitness, the financial services sector including banking and investment firms, real estate including property development and management, IT including data center operations, software development and E-Discovery, transportation including aviation and automotive, digital marketing including social media strategies SEO/PPC/SEM/SMM, arts and entertainment including film, video, music and video game production.

Over 25 years Project Management experience spanning multiple industries. Thirty five years’ of experience with data center operations; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including multiple certifications for Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Spiral, Iterative, Incremental, and Lean.  Over 25 years’ of experience with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies, standards and procedures including ISO-9000, ANSI/IEEE, Lean Management and Six Sigma.   Trainer roles and responsibilities include designing and preparing study materials, syllabus and curriculum for PMI PMP/CAPM exam prep boot camps. Provide training and assist qualified project managers in preparing for PMI's rigorous certification exam. Conduct 35 hour workshops/boot camps on the project management standard and certification process in vendor provided venues or corporate on-site classroom settings. Responsible for following up with student requests for additional tutoring and/or mentoring.  Current member of Project Management Institute (PMI).
