As a young entreprenuer, he started his own business and quickly became one of the highest performing salesmen in the organization, which ultimately led to a career of leading the franchise sales and sales operations for a Fortune 500 organization. He speaks, trains, and coaches on the Maxwell Methods of Leadership, Selling, Speaking, Coaching, DISC and Emotional Intelligence EQ-i assesments.
