Amy Nadelen, M.S. is the founder of Tribe Wellness, a nutrition private practice in Rochester, NY. She is a regular contributor to Rochester Magazine, and appears often on Channel 8 News as a Family Nutrition Expert. As a busy working mom, Amy understands firsthand  the struggles of daily mealtime battles with two very opinionated eaters. She is passionate about helping other moms take the frustration out of raising healthy eaters, and inspriring kids to ear (and love) REAL food.
