Nomiku
Nomiku is an SF-based startup that made the first immersion circulator designed specifically for the home cook--with durabilty for the pros--allowing for sous vide cooking in any kitchen. Nomiku's second product, the WiFi Nomiku--a WiFi-enabled sous vide device--is now shipping.
Chef Scott Peabody is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and worked in NYC under acclaimed chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Thomas Keller before moving cross-country to SF to work at Nomiku.
