NoiseMakers Dance School

Noisemakers Dance School was founded in 2015 and offers tap dance classes to children and adults. Classes focus on the development of musicality, natural sense of rhythm and swing and improvisation, as well as exploring traditional repertoires. Students dance to all genres of music, including jazz, rock, classical, blues and pop to develop their sense of musicianship and performance. Noisemakers holds workshops with live musicians to strengthen dancers' relationship with music.

All Noisemakers teachers and helpers are garda vetted and fully insured.

Noisemakers' mission is to provide young Irish talent with the encouragement and support that they need to develop their art, no matter where they come from or what level of skills they’ve already developed.
At Noisemakers, we believe that children who love to dance, sing, paint, write and talk should be encouraged just as much as children who can do calculus or program in C#. Our weekly classes provide a space for young dancers to practice their skill.
As a country with a rich heritage of music, language, dance, art, writing and great storytelling, we have a responsibility to embrace our culture and pass it on to our children. We believe nurturing all kinds of talent means that Ireland’s young people will grow up with a well-rounded education, confident in their own abilities and with a strong sense of who they are.

Currently, we run tap and jazz classes on the Navan Road and Synge Street to teach young people and adults about making music, jazz and finding their natural rhythm.
