Nicoya Helm, M.S.Ed.

With 20 years of meditation experience including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), vipassana meditation, and yoga, I embarked on Unified Mindfulness teacher training after experiencing significant breakthroughs in my personal meditation practice using Unified Mindfulness techniques. I have been an Level 2 Coach with Unified Mindfulness since May 2018. As a teacher, I’m known for my humor, flexibility, and willingness to work in conjunction with a range of contemplative approaches. I often refer to mindfulness meditation as a “choose your own adventure” experience and I love serving as a friendly guide for other adventurers.
