Nicoya Helm

Nicoya is a professional educator who specializes in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She is also an active meditator and teaches basic mindfulness meditation skills. She has practiced Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), hatha yoga, and vipassana meditation since 1998, and Unified Mindfulness since 2015. She has completed Foundations of Unified Mindfulness, the first stage in Unified Mindfulness teacher certification.
