Nicole Pavlik

I’ve always known that I wanted to be an attorney, but it wasn’t until working as a paralegal during law school that I found my niche. I knew that I didn’t like the adversarial side of law. I wanted to truly help people. I’ve seen what happens to families when loved ones do not have their estates planned properly. It brings about anger, distrust and hurt feelings among those left behind. It’s my goal to help you create the legal documents you need to plan for your family’s future, after your death.  As a small business owner, I also appreciate that there’s a lot of jargon and paperwork involved in running a successful business. I help other business owners make sure they have a solid legal foundation so they can focus on running their business, instead of dotting i’s and crossing t’s.  I hold a bachelor of science in criminal justice from Arizona State University and a Juris doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School. My success as an attorney stems from my focus on client relations and problem-solving. I personally meet with each client and communicate with them directly, and I don’t nickel and dime clients with phone calls and emails.  I value personal, affordable and comprehensive service. I spend as much time as necessary with each client, making sure they clearly understand each document and that their estate documents fully reflect their wishes.
