N.E.W. Motivation Coaching

New Motivation Coaching was created to help adults improve their health and to reach and maintain their personal most healthful weight.

We work with those who wish to have a more relaxed relationship with diet and exercise as well as those with health conditions affected by food and activity.

New Motivation Coaching offers Healthy Weight Challenges, Nutrition Classes, and Meal Preparation Workshops as well as one-on-one health coaching or medical nutrition therapy.

Founder, Alexandra “Alexia” Lewis is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and ACE Certified Health Coach with expertise in promoting health through delicious food and enjoyable activity. She coaches in a safe, effective, and empowering way that fosters a good relationship with food, activity, and one’s body.
