MISSION:

National Leadership Institute (NLI) is a 501(c)(3) founded to help build better nonprofit boards, deliver cutting edge fundraising tools, and enhance leadership development at all levels and all types of organizations.

SPECIALITIES: 

NLI is the Florida affiliate of the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy (SIP), covering South Florida, Florida and the Southeasten United States. Through SIP at NLI, we bring you highly researched, developed and respected "Cause Selling" curriculum for best practices in all areas of fundraising.

NLI specializes in all board-related needs, from governance training that resonates with both long-standing and new board members, to strategic planning, succession planning and retention, to evaluations for board and/or staff. We serve as a neutral liaison between board and staff to help facilitate consensus, and lead your board retreat. Every NLI session can be customized to fit your specific needs.

 

COSTS: 

NLI services are extremely affordable for even small nonprofit budgets. Because we're strategic about how we operate, you get world-class, experienced consultants -- at a rate your budget can easily handle. We offer a wide range for FREE nonprofit educational workshops, classes and webinars, via our SIP at NLI partnership.
