National Leadership Institute (NLI) is a 501(c)(3) founded to help build better nonprofit boards, train board members to be your best strategic asset, and deliver leadership development programs for all levels of experience.

NLI specializes in all board-related needs, from governance training that resonates with both long-standing and new board members; strategic planning, succession planning and retention; evaluations for board and/or staff; personality profiling to work better together as a team; and teaching your board to fundraise.  We can serve as a neutral liaison between board and staff to help facilitate consensus, resolve conflict, and lead your board retreat. 

We offer leadership development for both the established and the emerging leader. Our programs range from one-on-one coaching to educational workshops, classes, webinars.
