Nancy Olson with apt, an arts incubator

Hi!  I’m Nancy.  I earned an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  I’ve spent more than two decades professionaly cooking, most notably as Pastry Chef at Gramercy Tavern in NYC.  I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for cooking delicious and comforting food.
