Hi! I’m Nancy. I earned an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
I’ve spent more than two decades professionally cooking; most notably as Pastry Chef at Gramercy Tavern in NYC.
I look forward to sharing my passion for cooking delicious and comforting food.
