Namaste Rosé | Yoga, Fitness & Lifestyle Events

Namaste Rosé Events is a new wellness and lifestyle event company based in Chicago. We create yoga, fitness and lifestyle experiences in beautiful and unique spaces around the city, designed to inspire and motivate. This is a culmination of shared beliefs on the importance of cultivating a lifestyle of balance, mindfulness, self-care and having fun! We believe social and community connection are an important part of building healthy habits that last.

We work to teach others to engage in self-care through yoga and overall wellness, in addition to nourishing themselves through having fun and connecting with others within the community! There is enough chaos and stress in the world today; yoga teaches us to embrace finding balance by sharpening our physical and mental strength, as a means to leading a healthy and fulfilling life.

The yoga class itself is a 60-minute, all levels, energizing and balancing flow combining breath, movement, meditation and aromatherapy to wake-up the body and relax the mind. Fitness classes and other wellness topics are also options. This is followed by a social segment during which guests mingle and connect over shared values, and a shared glass of Moet rosé, cold brew coffee, kombucha or other beverage, dependent on the vibe of the event and the venue.
