At My Choice Disability Support, we believe support should feel human, empowering, and genuinely connected. Since 2017, we have been providing person-centred supports that focus on helping people build confidence, independence, community connections, and meaningful everyday lives.

Based in Brisbane and supporting participants across Australia through Support Coordination, our team is passionate about creating supports that go beyond just “showing up.” We focus on building real relationships, celebrating small wins, and creating safe spaces where people feel valued, heard, and supported to be themselves. Our services include Support Coordination, Community Access, In-Home Supports, SIL and ILO pathways, as well as our growing social programs including The Sisterhood and Brotherhood — fun, inclusive groups designed to build friendships, confidence, social skills, independence, and connection within the community.
