Montclair Bread Company

Founded in 2012 by award winning baker Rachel Wyman, Montclair Bread Co bakes up artisan bread, doughnuts, & other treats daily.  Rachel is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and baked for Amy's Bread & Bread Alone.  She won the grand prize in America's Best Raisin Bread in 2012, and took home the $10K prize on the Food Network's Donut Showdown in 2014, and was named one of the twenty-five most influential bakers in the US by Bake Magazine.  She is passionate about the wonders of flour, yeast, butter, and sugar, and loves to share this passion with her community.
