Monika Olimpiew & Zachary Ronca

In South Florida, the only industry more competitive than real estate is hospitality. To succeed in that field, exceptional customer service must come as second nature. It also happens to be the secret behind Monika Olimpiew’s approach to real estate that she brought with her after nearly 15 years in management, marketing, strategy, product development, and operations with many of the area’s top entertainment and nightclub destinations. “Every client is unique. Every situation is special. These are fundamental truths of any positive working relationship,” she explains. “It’s not about trying to fit a buyer into a certain situation… it’s much more about finding the right situation that fits the buyer. It may seem like a small thing, but believe me, it’s actually a huge difference.”

Monika’s exacting attention to detail and professionalism can be seen throughout her business dealings, from local and international real estate clients, to numerous celebrity entertainers she assisted in her hospitality days. She is completely at ease in high-profile transactions and excels at organization and productivity, helping deliver great efficiency to those looking to buy or sell residential properties in the Miami area. Her clients also note that she is a solutions-based problem solver – always thinking outside the box to overcome obstacles or challenges typical to a fast-paced markets like Miami Beach, Midtown, East Edgewater, and the other urban markets in which she specializes.

Monika was born in Brazil and moved to the United States at the age of 5.  She was one of seven children and grew up in Northern Virginia area.  She graduated with a marketing degree and arts minor from George Mason University.  She lived in Washington D.C. before moving to Miami and is now a long-time South Beach resident.  She enjoys tennis, photography, art, biking, and exploring good food and wine.
