I am Personal Trainer, Fit Coach,  Motivational speaker and a Group Exercise Instructor of many disciplines such as Mat Pilates, Strength, weight loss, and Cycle.I stand for integrity, and honesty and therefore not the latest "workout/fitness fads" that are out there today. I beleive in doing what works and starting wtih the basics and building from there to get to your desired results.  It's about improving your quality of life. ​I believe that your body responds to the good and bad you do to it therefore let's be good to our body and soul.
