The Penny George™ Institute for Health and Healing's Mindfulness Training program can help you recover a calm, stable and lasting contentment even in the face of difficulty. This four-week series offers highly effective tools to help you manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.
