Mindful Arts is an organisation that brings people together to experience the benefits of mindfulness and creativity, thereby to enhance their wellbeing and mental health. Since 2016 we have been running workshops and sessions in libraries, community centres and at festivals in Liverpool, Manchester and many other locations.


Mindful Arts was set up by Tom George (pictured). Tom has a background in music and writing, and has collaborated with organisations including Channel 4 TV, Unity Theatre, The Bluecoat and Liverpool Mental Health Consortium, to create many cultural and wellbeing projects over the last 20 years. In recent months, Tom has been joined by Dennis Richards, a holistic therapist and poet who helps facillitate some of Mindful Arts' events.
