Mind Guided Meditation leads a modern, secular, positivity-based practice. Mind partners with both individuals and organizations to share this practice, meeting people where they are and removing the obstacles to getting started. Mind educates participants on the mechanisms behind meditation, as well as provides clear instruction during the practice itself — fostering relaxation, focus and productivity while alleviating stress and anxiety.
